ok this is a stupid question but do you thaw the frozen veggies before you dehydrate them?

No.*

*My answer is too short ... :grumble: OK ... No, you don't have to thaw them before you dehydrate them. Just knock off any ice crystals they might have built up around the pieces and break the chucks that are frozen together apart.

nope.. just open the bag and spread em out on your trays.
FYI... I have found that pee's take the longest to rehydrate... not sure why.

:lookaroun Peas ... they are "peas" ... :rollingla (Sorry, I'm not usually a grammar/spelling nazi but dehydrating pee sounds like something they would do on Doomsday Preppers ... :D)

Oh ... and subprep ... those chopped onions you can buy frozen. If you want to dehydrate those, put your dehydrator out on the patio overnight. Do NOT do them in the house ... :lookaroun Do NOT ask me how I know this ... ** cough, cough **
