Most sites are taking it down. Declaring war on ISIS/ISIL is a waste of time. If we're gonna go back to war, lets blackade the entire middle east and lay waste to the entire region.
We know who is supplying arms to these countries. Russia n China. So to stop this nonsense we need to make war on them as well.

I vote to send our own message with a couple of nukes into the cities they've already established a "caliphate" in. If we break their backs by obliterating their strongholds, I'm sure the Kurds, the Iraqi Army, and the Syrian Loyalists wouldn't mind doing sweep up duty. Once we're done, we can upload a YouTube video of the next two nukes that will be launched if they decide execute Sotloff, the second journalist.
Actually, many of their current weapons are supplied by the U.S., via the Iraqi military abandoning them. It appeared to me that they sawed his head off with a brand new U.S. issue M-9 bayonet. I still say carpet bombing and MOAB's are the way to go in this case.
As far as allies, the Kurds are the only reliable ones in the region. We should help them establish an independent Kurdistan, effectively sealing Iran, Iraq and Syria off from each other. Then we arm and train them and negotiate a remote base in Kurdistan.

Guys, keep your thinkin' britches on. ISIS is SEEKING conflict with The US. Videos of excecutions, atrocities, their fairly effective army, etc... All a move to draw the US in to another protracted fight. One in which we follow our bullsh!t ROE rules, dump piles of cash, chase an irregular militia around in the dirt and end up leaving YEARS later. It all elevates their credibility as a "Noble" Islamic Caliphate, fighting off the Infidels. They already claim victory, in that the Americans are "gone" and they are still there.

Don't get into a mud wrestling match with a pig, 'cause you're gonna get muddy, and the pig likes that.
There's US military leaders, analysts and advisors that know exactly what to do- seize their money, stop the flow of arms and income from oil sales, flatten their strongholds, put prices on the heads of all ISIS leaders and those that do business with them and finally, let our land based Military do what they already know how to do- Rout 'em, then attack along their egress. There's no retraining possible.
