I don't know of anyone local to Bartlesville. There are a couple in Tulsa but I don't know who they are, what they cost, or if they're worth it.

Step 1 - Go to www.wintonlaw.net and download their trust worksheet
Step 2 - Send them the worksheet
Step 3 - Pay YOUR ATTORNEY $200
Step 4 - Go to Edmond and sign your documents.

Really, though, that's the best way to do it in my opinion. He spent the time to read the NFA and the ATF reg's, and then to tailor a trust to satisfy them while protecting your Trustees and your Beneficiaries. Aside from that, your attorney is preparing it vs a document that God knows who wrote God knows when, and whether they got it right.

I've seen one that the OKC PD uses. A buddy that works there sent it to me. It a click and fill.

I'll have to see if I can find it. I'm ready to get into the Muffler game.

does sports world do it for free as well? how do there prices compare to the internet/shipping?

I believe the trust is part of the purchase. No extra charge if you are buying a nfa item from them. Their prices are decent. For the convenience they provide. Give them a call and ask.

This^

It is worth every penny to know your trust is set up correctly and that you have a reliable place to go when you have questions, because you will.

I'll chime in here instead of starting a new thread. I was thinking about venturing into the nfa world some time soon. With the trust do you have to add every nfa item into the trust, and if so how does that work?
