They didnt do that to me when i got fingerprinted. Although, I did get to go back into the actual rogers county jail. Not some place I want to go.

I wouldn't bother the chief of police, but I would call the Sheriff and ask him what happened.
Most likely, it's just someone who needs more training rather than something nefarious--sounds like someone didn't know what he was doing and ran her through the booking process instead of just doing a set of prints.

Same for Logan County. Made sure not to carry my pocket knife into the building had to drop my keys in the box since one of the things I have on them would have been contraband in the jail.
No pictures taken either but I doubt that would honestly matter since you are on camera the whole entire time. But it does seem odd they took them that way.
