Mug shots during fingerprinting?

What department? I'd be calling the Chief of Police, and ask for a reason WTF. Its not required for SDA, and it sounds like somebody was playing around.
I wouldn't bother the chief of police, but I would call the Sheriff and ask him what happened. ;) Most likely, it's just someone who needs more training rather than something nefarious--sounds like someone didn't know what he was doing and ran her through the booking process instead of just doing a set of prints.

Your right. It's the sheriff that handles it.

They didnt do that to me when i got fingerprinted. Although, I did get to go back into the actual rogers county jail. Not some place I want to go.

Same with Wagoner county. I didn't like it there the ten or so minutes I was there.

Same for Logan County. Made sure not to carry my pocket knife into the building had to drop my keys in the box since one of the things I have on them would have been contraband in the jail.

No pictures taken either but I doubt that would honestly matter since you are on camera the whole entire time. But it does seem odd they took them that way.
