I know there are tons of places out there. I have searched endlessly on Google and found a few that looked promising, but not found exactly what I want.
Here is what I am looking for. A black barrel, preferably nitrided/Melonite or something similar, with silver diamond fluting and a threaded end - not target crowned - in 16" or 18". No 1:9, I want 1:7 or 1:8 twist rate. Preferably mid-length or rifle-length gas system, but this is not a necessity.
Here is one similar, but is target crowned.
Prefer it not be a bull barrel, although I can live with that. I want the black with stainless flutes. I can find tons of them in spiral configuration, and I am going to do one of those, as well. Also tons of all-black diamond-fluted barrels, but not what I want with the diamond stainless flutes on a black barrel with a threaded end.
