I have a trust I've set up, and I also put my brother and father under it as well. If I wanted to give my brother a suppressor to keep at his place, would I have do any paperwork? Or does he just need a copy of the stamp and a copy of the trust to hold on to?

Just an opinion, I'm not an attorney...

The Trust owns the suppressor, not you, technically. So any Trustee can possess the items owned by the trust, and any Trustee can also transfer items in, and out of the Trust. I would have all docs to prove that he is a Trustee, and that the item has a stamp to make sure he is shown as legit.

That's what I figured, just wanted to get everyone's thoughts to make sure. Thank you. Could not find the answers online.
