No one said a thing about useing a Belly Band with sweats or gym shorts
It's been discussed before, but I imagine most comments were made in regards to this particular holster since thats whats being reviewed. Downside to belly holsters, is they can get hot in OK! Summertime, I'd prob prefer the sticky, but, each serves its purpose. The Sticky is also thicker, and stiffer, so less likely to allow something to snag the trigger, while holstered. Spencer Keeper is also offering a holster (insert), specifically to carry in a belly band. Not sure that he has recommended a belly band yet though.
If he was looking for a gym wear holster ,he could go with the band so his glock does not drop out of his gym shorts on a bench
