I purchased a used M&P C.O.R.E. When I tried to get the cover off of the slide to install red dot, one of the screws was stripped out.
I tried an easy-out to no avail. Used a left hand drill bit and ended up drilling the whole damn head off pretty flush with the slide. (I know, I know....... I should have sought assistance before I got that far).

Question I have now is where is a gunsmith in Tulsa that can help me out? And how much will it cost me? I agree there is an increase price usually associated as "Stupid Charges".

Send it in is prob best bet but sometimes that takes forever. I would center punch the screw then take a tiny left handed drill bit, smaller than the core diameter of the screw, and drill it after I hit it with a jewlers torch. It will spin it out.

Well it was time to nut up or shut up! Center drilled screw with tiny #60 bit, used de-burring tool and within a couple of swipes the screw finally started coming out.
