I was there yesterday morning also with my son trying to sight in his new rifle. It's really a great improvement over the old range. Glad to hear they won't allow folks to shoot at garbage and the range won't be junked up with old tv's, rotting pumpkins, and glass everywhere.
I hope they finish the north rifle range soon. The south range got full quick.

They told me the range on the North had a low spot that collected water and they were going to fix that situation.
Did I mention they have french drains on them at least that is what they told me.. They really stuck some thought into this.

I was up in Missouri over the weekend and many dead deer on the highways and hunters bagging big bucks.

Yep I use old copy paper or envelopes with a cross marked on them with a sharpie.
That is all I need. I see other targets with a bunch of clutter on them and people can't find where the bullet hit and then need to walk out too look.
