So here's an interesting question.

Previous employer was a direct military contractor. The Navy/Air Force/Army were the customers, we were the prime contractor. As such, working those programs, no firearms allowed on grounds. It was clearly marked, stated in policy and well known.

New employer is a subcontractor...so we do not work direct for the military, but for the prime contractor. There's no signage and I've not seen anything in any policies that address guns or not.

So...what would you do?

I carried a P3AT in my pocket everyday at work in a no gun zone. My jeans faded around the holster like a skoal can does on the back pocket but you couldn't recognize it as a gun in the pocket holster.

It would be a P238 probably...super low key. I usually pocket carry it but may seek out an IWB for it if anybody makes a good one.

Ask HR for their policy. It would suck to lose your job over a corporate blanket policy you didn't even know existed. Unfortunately, firearms policies by nature are most generally zero tolerance.

adamsredlines, my wife carries her 938 in a Talon IWB. It is well made and comfortable and it will fit the 238 also.

I get by with an LCR in the pocket almost daily.
