Just wondering how some of you all carry in the winter. I have to wear a lot of clothes at work to stay warm and make it pretty hard to get to my handgun I have a holster for outside the waist band but just worry about someone noticing the bottom of the holster if it sticks out of the bottom of my coat. I know it don’t matter if they do see it I just don’t want anyone to know I have one

There are jackets you can buy out there that are designed for concealed carry. We were in Red River NM last year on memorial day. Big biker rally was going on, and a lot of vendors were there.
We stopped at one booth because they had a couple of blue training pistols on display along with vests and jackets. Asked about their jackets, some leather, and the guy that appeared to be slim in build started pulling blue pistols out of his jacket one after another. It was amazing how many he could conceal. Full size guns, not mouse guns.
My Carhart work coats have an internal pocket on each side that would hold a medium frame sized gun easily.

That's pretty awesome.

I just get a Smith and Wesson 442 and shove it in my jacket pocket with a pocket holster.

Great thing about these little hammerless snub nose revolvers is that you can fire from concealment.

G23 with a chopped grip in a Bravo Concealment OWB holster. People carry so much crap on their belt, including phones that are the size of a laptop, that nobody will notice a little something that happens to poke out from under your coat for a second. I can carry all day in that Bravo.

True; most won’t know it’s a pistol unless they are looking for a pistol. But the inside coat pocket thing is probably the way to go.
