I made some from left over boat vinyl, filled with worn out walnut media in bags and in the bottom for added weight some plastic bags with lead shot in them.

I left my bags at home on a shooting day and I gathered up some sand from a mole hill and wrapped it in brown paper sack and duct taped all over it.. worked well also.

I like the simplicity of the one in the video though.

I have used a bag of rice and a bag of pinto beans as a rest.
Do not get the pellets that leave a mark as after time they will give off a terrible smell.
