The 17 is definitely easier to shoot for a couple of reasons. It is longer and heavier. But I think my 26 shoots great too. I have the peerce xl grip extensions on my mags which allows a full grip basically. I have a 43 which is my wife’s pistol now and I hated how it would dig into my palm when I would shoot. And my old 19 I didn’t like because the grip was too short. That is why I am excited about the new 19X. I think it will be a great pistol. But not everyone likes it. What I say is try it when it is released. You might change your mind. I carry my 26 every single day and it conceals perfectly. If it doesn’t to you then maybe you are using the wrong holster. You might try something different. Also, the new 19X comes with two 19 round mags and a 17. The two 19 ones have grip extensions.

See? Something's out there in Glock-land to fit almost everybody.

I prefer a 26 with a 33rd mag hanging out of the grip because I can. Honestly I do love my 17 gen 3. I find that it has great balance and pointability and the grips/fingergrooves don' bother me. My 26 is a gen 4 and I use it for summer pocket carry.

Well I'd never even consider carrying it but I sure like how it shoots! This is my latest . Should have it next week:

So I wonder if this is a sign that S&W may at some point return to sanity and forget the fawking lock altogether?

This is freaking awesome. The perfect little brother for the new model 66.

Model 640 Pro. From performance ctr. Cut for moon clips. Only comes without the lock.
