As Richardson heads for the Covina home of Benjamin Barreto, a 56-year-old with three registered guns, he points out that the “prohibited” man had not been convicted of a crime. He has several infractions, including driving without a license. Barreto is on the list because a judge said he could not possess a gun.

This is disturbing, even for Cali.

WTH man... I can't even fathom that.

Wouldn't be surprised if they come up with a bounty; does your neighbor own guns? Let us know and receive a coupon for free KFC.

Yes a Bounty!, ..... and encourage children in the schools to report their parents. In the future the kids will be encouraged to report parents that disagree with government policies.......

Yup. Connecticut. They passed registration and they all lined up to comply...
Listened to two different stories this week stating that as many as 90% of banned rifle owners have failed to comply in NY as well as about that number or more have failed to re-register their handguns. I seem to recall a similar story from a few years ago about AR owners in NY and CT refusing to comply with the registration. State government officials have been pretty silent on the issue.
One article from a quick search about CT
