If ever there was a nod to some B.S. perceived authority this is it. There's no evidence that anything but her hands went in the drawer, he was bailing and probably a grade A turd but this is Murder... Her own son's disbelief adds fuel to that argument.

Let me tell you how screwed up Payne county is. Stillwater tried to charge their young mayor with theft because he used his city e-mail for personal use a few times. As an Exchange “e-mail” admin for Hewlett Packard at the time I was more than happy to give deposition as to why this charge was absolutely insane. I’ll admit this was a cocky kid and he wasn't a good mayor but this was about local businesses and the old guard who couldn’t believe elections really do have consequences.

Oh and let's not even get into former Payne County District Attorney Paul Anderson and his adventures; embezzling more than $84,000 from his own office. WOW!!.. Just WOW!

I'll tell you this much. They named the county right, they just spelled it wrong.

Did she say at one point, PD is on its way? If so, why not stall a little longer? The guy looked comfortable chatting with her son. I don't see this lady and her son capable of takin many live folks into custody. Heck, he was comfortable enough to pick at his feet in her office and didnt even get in a hurry to put is shoe on until she locked the door and told him to turn around. Yes he should have complied but I think her and her son should have some training on "less than lethal" tactics. Hand to hand or a taser maybe.

She acts like a delicate flower that is afraid of someone's looks. A strapping fella like that with a few tats may be intimidating to some folks but dang sure shouldn't be to a bondsman. That murderin "gal" needs to find a job in a safe zone where she won't be scared of people. Most of the time I shrug off folks claiming "authority figures" are too quick to kill. This case right here is dang sure one they would have a valid claim in.

Is there any chance or way she can be retried in someway??
