I finally pulled the trigger on a suppressor. Bought the Yankee Hill Phantom 30 cal in titanium last week. It'll be 6 months, if I'm lucky, to get my stamp. Kept putting it off and off and when I got a great deal from my FFL, I jumped.
I ordered the QD mounts for my AR, my 6.5 creedmoor and a tricky one for my AK.
I don't think it comes with a suppressor cover so I'll have to buy one or make one.
Looking forward to shooting without muffs.
Can you use one suppressor one stamp for more than one gun ,and can you tell me what you paid for it if you don't mind ,and what suppressors are better than the others .I am looking into buying one myself Thanks Have A Blessed Evening flashover08

One stamp for one suppressor, but you can use it on any compatible firearm. By "compatible" I mean don't use a 9mm suppressor on a .45 (a .45 suppressor on a 9mm is ok though), the suppressor mounting system must work with the muzzle, and pay attention to the manufacturer's published limits (for example, don't use a .22 rimfire suppressor on a .223).

Really hard to make a recommendation without knowing your application, and frankly I'm probably not the right person to ask since there has been so much change within the industry since I bought mine.

Silencershop.com will walk anyone through the process.

I wish I could tell you which one was best. So much BS on the internet. Shot one of the older ones and liked it. Has the QD and made of titanium so it's about 15 ounces. Wanted one that I could put the QD's on several guns. It's the 30 cal can made my Yankee Hill (phantom). A friend of mine is an FFL and I got the suppressor and one QD (for the creedmoor) for $806.00. That's tax stamp, tax and all. Good DBL reduction and that's what I wanted for my 6.5 creedmoor and AK. Both are LOUD as heck with their comps.
I know someone will come up with a better deal here but the deal was ending so I jumped, I dropped the cash and I think I did the right thing.
