Ours is long gone and it turned out to be a decent afternoon. Just talked to my son and he's headed out to a different place. I'll post some pics if they are successful

So, where are the turkey pics? My son had three fly over his truck into our place yesterday morning. He snuck and set up but nothing. I'm thinking about an early afternoon try. Been getting some on cam around 1-3pm

The other guy that works here saw one turkey a couple weeks ago. That's the first turkey on this place in a longgg time. They've tried getting Turkeys established here but they won't stick for whatever reason. Quail population has been headed downhill for several years too. Ranch owner has got it in his mind that the armadillos are to blame for lack of quail. He said there didn't used to be any armadillos. I killed 11 and missed 4 in about an hour a couple evenings ago.

Just talked to my son again. After he saw those three fly into our place he gets set up. He had been there an hour or so and noticed a bird sitting in a tree about a 100 yds away. It had watched him set up and was there the whole time!
