Probably. No way to enforce it unless there is an accident, ND, or someone reports a stolen gun, then they get ticketed for not having the gun secure so it couldn't get stolen. Got ya coming and going on that deal.

I was wondering how they would enforce that. Won't stop people from having a firearm hidden, loaded and chambered. Wanna bet that someone is going to get fined when someone breaks into the house and they shoot them? Cops are going to be like "How did you get access to your gun so fast?".

Just because you can still keep the guns you have doesn't mean these "laws" don't infringe upon the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. These councilors and mayor either don't understand or don't care about the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and the Second Amendment.
