NATO has used the US as the action arm for a long, long time. we pay, we deploy, we fight, they send a small contingent if any, they stay 3-6 months, we stay 9-15 months. No issues with POTUS turning up the heat at all. Spent many night in NATO compounds around the world because our ROE allowed for offensive Operations when the Poles, Germans, and others ROE was well, different.

Like Trump said, "We are protecting Germany against Russia but Germany goes into an agreement with Russia to provide fuel." All I can say is look at Ukraine and Russia controlling their heating fuel and then cuts them off in the dead of winter. Russia can do the same to Germany and probably will if Germany doesn't toe the line as Russia dictates. And...the liberals say Russia controls Trump-Ha! Russia can't control trump, he is his own man as he's proved multiple times while in office.
