How about Academy? I know they sell reloading presses, casings and bullets. Just never looked to see what kind of propellant they sell as I don't reload.

Real BP, or Pyrodex? I've had little luck getting the real stuff.
Real black powder is available at H&H in OKC.
That being said, if you go to the counter and ask for black powder, they will escort you to the pyrodex counter. Then after a discussion of black powder and black powder substitute, you will need to ask for the supervisor of that area. Real black powder by law has to be stored in an approved magazine, and that magazine is located in the back room of H&H.
Black powder is classified as a low explosive by the ATF, and highly regulated as to where it can be stored.
