I have full coverage. I'm covered...just an ordeal to go through and as dumb as it may sound, yall have no idea how hard to find that hidden hitch for the Magnum is. The bumper is specific to the SRT8, shouldnt be too bad to find but will take a little bit of looking.

Less than 3 months after I was rear ended, I came close to the Pearly Gates with a subdural hematoma that had squished my brain 3/4 of an inch to the right. I was having blackouts and symptoms of a stroke. 7 days in the hospital and $140,000.00 + later I was returned to normal. Well, normal for me! Get yourself checked out! It doesn't take much to slosh your brain around!

Sorry man, that sucks. Don’t go to Accident Care. Their bills are so much higher than customary the at fault persons insurance is refusing to pay them so I may have to.

I was rear ended several years back while I was going 15 mph and the other driver was doing 70mph.
I was pulling a disk down a 4 lane road. Totaled the disk and bent the frame of my Tacoma. I've posted pics and story on this forum of the incident.
The day before I read of a rear end collision where the driver refused medical care, and died the next day from internal injuries.
My buddy and I both felt like we had been whipped hard, so on the way home I told him about what I had heard and told him I was going to the ER for a checkout, and he should too, so we both went, and checked out ok. Guy that hit us was in a rental on his companies dime. Their insurance paid for the ER visit.
I never had such good service from another insurance company! When the adjuster came out to look at my vehicle, he was willing to fix body stuff that was not even related to the accident. Of course I was accommodating to his wishes.
I'm sure they wanted to keep me happy.

Here's another don't say you are fine just yet. My neck and head problems have been a lifelong struggle but a low impact eerily similar to yours (sitting at a stoplight, hit from behind) started the ball rolling on the mess I deal with today. Soft tissue injuries are no joke. Hopefully, you will be lucky and it's this all turns out to be just a pain in your ass, not your head, neck and upper back. Start a log -- date, time, symptoms, treatments used (heat, cold compresses, OTC meds) just in case. You can always toss it out later. It's hard to recreate that stuff from memory.

You are not fine. I was hit in the rear in 97. No problems for 2 years, started having headache's. Every vertebrae in my neck is bulging, sheath around my spine is tore and herniated disks in my lower back.

And it just gets worse as you get older and Arthur Itiss sets in around there, permanently making your life miserable. Wet rainy days; I know it's not going to be party time.

I wouldn't say feel lucky because people who try to run or have no insurance are real POSs, but know it gets worse. I was hit by a drunk driver at age 15 from behind, dead stop, 45-50 mph no brakes, great way to celebrate getting your learner's permit.

Ouch man! Been there, and understand the feeling. Why can't people driving junkers find other junkers to hit?

I bought my dream car (e39 V8 6spd) June 2014, had it less than a year before some old woman in a PT Cruiser rear ended me.
