I agree with term limits but to do that they'd have to vote the bill in and congress will NEVER do that. Congress is the most worthless grouping of human flesh on earth and consistently have to appear before a microphone telling us what they've done or going to do when in fact, they've done nothing and intend to do nothing. They have enacted such low standards that they consistently meet the standards with amazing success. They rank alongside used car salesmen and I don't mean to offend any good salesmen on here-at least you're working.

And, Clinton signed it. However, the Supreme Court determined it to be unconstitutional because it prevented citizens from voting for an incumbent that they might want to keep. If term limits is to come about, it will have to be in the forum of an amendment to the Constitution.
