No, it was actually something I read. I started to sign up for CCW Safe and I spoke to the owner, I was almost signed up and then something just clicked and told me not to. I want to be sure, so I am hoping I will get a lot of feedback.
AFAIK, the only cap they have is on posting your bail, and that varies with the plan you purchase.

I'd rather have a company that won't abandon me after X amount of attorney fees though. Even if the bail coverage doesn't get me out of jail, at least they'll keep representing me until the final appeal.

And I'm thinkin' they try harder because they tout their record on these issues. A public defender, not so much. ;)

No I agree and that's a great selling point and I just found this chart that pretty much made up my mind. The ONLY thing I don't like, is they pick the attorney.
