How long? Deer season started October 1. I would give more if it was pre season and all of season rather than a month into season.
Hmm, I did not think of that. I was thinking rifle but sounds like I need to do some research. Maybe offer different packages? I've never leased a hunt before and so I'm not sure what people want.

In Roger Mills, I think it would depend on the location of the land. Does it border a black kettle unit, is it in shale country or sand country. On the river at all. Things like that. Is this your own property or are you looking to lease?

Yes, it is my own property. If you know the area it is on current creek North to 1020.

The description of the property is lacking, but here’s my opinion. Given the relative closeness to OKC and I40, I’d say at least the “going rate” of $10/acre would be a minimum, but if the property has cover, a good food source, and a history of producing trophy racks, it could command more. If there’s a cabin or shelter, that would be another plus.

Maybe I missed it, but is this for a yearly lease or a “day hunt” opportunity?

To a good majority of Okies, that's like driving to Montana lol. FB and CL is full of folks wanting leases, but only want them if they're an hour or less from where they live. Not everyone is willing to drive like you or me, I have about a 50 minute drive, Hoddy is about the same I think. Folks that can afford the high dollar leases can also afford to take lots of days off during season to make it worth it.
