what can one expect for an average yield on an Oklahoma deer. Let’s assume a doe at 2 to 3 years old and using front shoulders, rear quarters, back strap and neck with 0 blood shot or close to it. Thanks

It depends on what you consider to be an average doe. I think I read one time that the average in Oklahoma is right at 90 lbs.
A mature doe in the SE may only weigh 60 lbs, while mature does in the NW can reach 140 lbs. I hunted a DMAP in NW Ok for over 10 years. We had one doe weigh 146 lbs on certified scales. Most mature does in that area ran in the 115 to 125 lb range.
They live on beans, corn, milo, alfalfa year around. They get great nutrition.

I have to go to Best Buy at Quail either Sunday evening or Monday evening after work. If you wanted to meet me, I’ll gladly share a few pounds with you.

What is the dressed weight on average?

Really depends on the part of the state. Like Dennis mentioned, bigger up here, smaller in the SE. Not sure when the last time we shot a doe that was under 110lbs, and the last several bucks that me or the kids shot were between 200-230lbs dressed. 140lb buck in NE was something to talk about when I was growing up in NE Oklahoma. Folks didn't hold out for 4.5yo or 5.5yo deer back then either.

If going Sunday let me know. Monday I probably can not make it. Thanks a ton.

Yep I get about 40% on mine also. I have actually weighed it.
One 80lb dressed doe produced 30 LB of deboned meat with fat removed and removed all "silverskin"
That is just 2 LB shy of 40% I can't remember if I lost some to the gun shot or not on that one but I do remember the weights.

Almost like how many crappie does it take to produce the same meat as one Blue cat.
