This is state owned surplus that is for sale. Owned by ODOT. Seems rather cheap to me but for the area, maybe not?

Yeah, I saw that whole thing about the minimum bid too. Now if that little parcel had a “Buy it Now” price of just a little more than that; I’d hit the “Add to Cart” button right now.

The house is gone. Look at Google earth Street view. It's been cleared. Not sure of flood waters so thats a concern. Minimum bid might buy it.
I believe its been for sale for some time now. The Bridge in front of it was done in early 2018. This photo is 12/17
Better jump on the CHenry. Put up a few greenhouses and you've got a pot farm.
And it is in a flood zone. So bring in 4-5 foot of fill (match the new bridge elevation) and your good to go.

lol...uHHH...... 7 acres of 4 - 5 foot fill seems like it could take a while
