I'm sure its fine ammo, but really, who is good enough to tell much difference, as long as it functions correctly? Very few, that's who. Knocking down steel is different than bullseye, and that's different than knocking bowling pins off a table, or chasing tin cans out in the south 40. Now as far a reducing splashback from steel? Yeah, I like that, that's a good thing.

From what I've heard that 150 grain that you posted is good stuff. Too pricey for me though as I can load my own for $130 per 1K. So I have to load my own too. That 500 round pack is only two to three matches worth. That's $40 to $60 in ammo for per USPSA match depending on round count. Nope...
