I will try the elbow in the hip method and see what happens.

She has one advantage over most of us. Being female, she has long legs and a relatively short torso, which makes it easier for her to brace her elbow against her hip bone. Males typically have shorter legs in relation to overall height, with a longer torso. This makes it somewhat harder for us to brace our elbow on our hip bone. I, for one, can't get my elbow lower than my ribcage.

Yep I actually tried it 2 days ago and it was a fail, elbow just does not go down far enough.

I was like "I can do it" when I realized that I can if I lean over. I mean, I could do it if I was shooting at my feet..
