I am looking at cans online and have questions:
Who in OKC should I deal with to do the transfer?
Should I try to get pics and prints together myself or use the FFL?
I'm looking at a 30 cal YHM; should I go direct thread (sidewinder?) or Phantom adapter?
My knowledge is very limited, so no hard feelings if I need corrected on the above.
Thanks in advance!

I would recommend going with a dealer that utilizes the silencer shop kiosk. It is so much smoother that way. Use their app for pictures, kiosk for fingerprints, and they store everything in their servers in case you need to file for another item. In my experience they've processed faster as well but that might have been coincidence.

Cold Hand Arms / Oklahoma Machine Gun located inside Wilshire Gun Range. I've bought a couple of suppressors from them and transferred one through them. The have the kiosk and make the process painless (as much as it can be). Good and knowledgeable guys to deal with.

Steve at Oklahoma Machine guns is a great guy to deal with. He carries a ton of Sig suppressors and has the Silencer shop kiosk. I got my last can from him and have had him handle a couple other transfers.

One more thumbs up for the silencer shop. I had to travel to a gun shop east of Enid to use the kiosk, but it's totally simple. My can will be delivered to a dealer in Tonkawa Ok that is in partnership with the silencer shop with no transfer fee. (the fee is built into the price of the can)

Excellent. More volume. I run a Sig SRD338TI on 6.5 creedmore, 308, 6.5 Grendel, 224 Valkyrie, 300 BO. The only thing I haven't shot it on yet is 338. It is a little bigger than you need for some of the lower pressure calibers but works great. I have spent nearly as much on muzzle devices as the can.

I'll throw in another newbie question if that's ok...

How well does a larger caliber suppressor work on a smaller one... for example, using a 9mm suppressor on a .22LR or 5.56?

But the versatility is phenomenal. Having a can you can use on a bunch of smaller calibers is great.
