Frayed Knot, if I give it willingly it's a gift or contribution, surely you know what tax is, it's what's taken and wasted or squandred by those taking it..

How many of you here refuse to shop (boycott) establishments that prohibit your ability to carry your firearm?
How many of us boycott that store, or that eating establishment? How many of us ask our wife’s to not shop in places that limit are leagal rights to carry a firearm? I mean they are basically limiting the second ammendmant

If the second ammendmant was under attack you wouldn’t need the GOA or NRA.....so all of us who believe in 2A are taxed in one form or another just to persevere our rights
The Constitution applies to my interactions with my government, not private entities.
Not saying it doesn’t , but we should not support anyone that infringes on our 2A rights .....just checking the purists on the board here .......

Soooo purists should advocate paying for the privilege to be allowed to do what the second amendment says is your right?
You confuse me here, in one argument you say the gov should infringe your right with a carry license and then you say we should take action against anyone who would infringe your right......... The second is in place to stand against the government if needed, having to request permission for your constitutional right from that same government is absolutely ridiculous. Your second amendment is a right not a privilege granted by King George ..........

I’m saying if you are a purist then you should never ever spend a penny with any establishment that infringes on your right to keep and near arms anytime .....anyplace, BUT WE DONT! That’s is what others here always try to throw in your face.....”so you beleive in 2A conditons”. Plenty of people question your commitment if you don’t agree..... there are plenty of reasons the 2A is infringes that we all agree with
Boycotting isn't always an option.
Most folks have to go to the Post Office or Courthouse occasionally, or to a school/college if they have kids.
Just a thought.
