Solely due to rarity and historical aspects. Some will say that they are a little more refined than Russian rifles, but the Finns honestly didn't put much work into the capture guns during refurb to improve aesthetics. Typically the original Russian stock finish was stripped and refinished and shims were added (stocks sometimes replaced with Finn two piece versions), inspection stamps were applied, sling attachment methods were modified, and a large number of capture rifles seem to be counterbored. Whether or not a Finnish two stage trigger was installed or if sights were modified seems to be hit or miss, so are rifles with scrubbed Russian crests on the barrel shanks. Most captured rifles are a mix of parts from both the M91 and M91/30 variants. Occasionally you will see rifles that still retain their original finish and are matching, but these bring big bucks as not many Mosin Nagants exist that have not gone through refurb.
