Of course I got the 10 year permit recently; so this will pass the Senate and get signed by the governor. :)

Anything in the bill that refers to the MMJ licences? I find it somewhat annoying that having a SDA Permit makes it impossible to have a MMJ permit.

In the video I shared yesterday evening when Don Spencer was asked about that, he said we need Trump to just make marijuana a schedule 2 drug. So I'm gonna guess this bill doesn't address marijuana.

If an SDA license holder subsequently becomes a Medical Marijuana Patient License holder, he or she is expected to surrender his or her SDA license. A Voluntary Surrender Form is available on OSBI’s website.
SDA license holders who are subsequently identified as having a Medical Marijuana Patient License will have their SDA license revoked.

Looks like it passed the house again this year. 70 to 30 now off to the senate.

My representative, Nallon (R), went to the NO side and was a YES vote last spring on essentially the same law. I guess she's decided she's had all she wants and is ready to head for the barn. I'll be glad to accommodate her as last spring's vote was one of my primary reasons for voting for her in November and I won't be doing that again.

Clay mentioned earlier in the thread that one of links posted showed which way each rep voted. I've clicked em all and still no luck. I'd sure like to know which republicans opposed it. Thanks to anyone who can help me!
