Getting old really does suck. I have now lost 3 life long friends, last one just a couple months ago should have outlived me by a long shot. Non smoker and took care of himself, you just never know.

I don't think it can be cured. Saw a cutline on the TV tonight saying he was going to try and finish the current season.
My dad was diagnosed with this September of 2017. Doctors told us 6 months to a year tops. He's still here. He's a stubborn Irish bastard and fighting everyday. He's doing chemo and the doctors have said they are having a hard time finding his tumor now. There is no cure, but somehow he's kicking the hell out of it. The only thing you can do is accept what's going to happen and fight like hell for every second left and hope for a good outcome. Bending the knee doesn't hurt either. .

Thats awesome! I hope the tough guy can beat it.
