Started my reloading bench and then fate sucker punched me.

I have no strength at all and zero lung capacity. I'm perfect to build stuff....Ha.
Have been putting off building the addition to my bench for loading. Got a good start even with my wife complaining that I should pay someone to build it or have a nice one built. This was bad enough but she insisted on helping me. I know I need help now. I know she does it because she loves me......but I like doing it myself, even if it takes a week.
I've got some vid of starting and will put up the finished product. Anyway, I could only work so long and I'd run out of breath and have to sit down. I was pushing it pretty good with all but two cuts left for legs on the frame then it's just set the frame in place and glue and screw the 2x6's to the top. I was moving a wooden shelf I needed to cut in half to go on the reloading bench when everything became an odd color. Black. Yep did a header in the garage right in front of my wife. Trashed up my left hand as my hand left chest and left knee took the punch. Looks like I cracked the patella but nothing you can do about that stuff.
Anyway, that ended the project till tomorrow if I can walk. Ha.

I need to keep doing to get better. I think I was trying to make a point to my wife and ended up proving hers....CRAP!
Doing is one thing, OVER-doing is quite another. There are times when impatience can kill ya.

Years ago, I was working late trying to get a customer's equipment going (he was the guy that convinced other local farmers to bring stuff to my shop).

He finally said to me, "Mac... tomorrow's another day. And if it ain't, it don't matter."

Just remember, tomorrow's another day. So don't push too hard today.
