Started my reloading bench and then fate sucker punched me.

Steel, I hate to be the guy who beats someone over the head with their own words but...from a then very wise man on March 11:

"Anyway, tomorrow begins a new focus. Keep my mouth shut and do as I'm told. Start my workouts tomorrow at a normal pace and not overdo. Be a better patient and husband. I've been too busy telling my doctor what I expect and how quickly I expect it. My wife has been working her ass off to make sure I eat, take my meds and I swear if I dropped a tissue, she'd grab it before it hit the floor. She worries when I don't follow Dr's orders and she knows I overdo everything. This stresses her and that is going to stop."

You are like many of us in that we sometimes can relatively easily disregard our own best interests, but that decision-making can't take away how our actions affect others. Remember how smart you were less than a month ago. :contract:

After close reflection, I determined I may be full of Poo, turns out I'm full of poo and not that bright.

I wish I lived closer I would come help you buddy
Thanks man. I've got lots of people that want to help, but I want to do it. I haven't' got to build or tinker with anything in a long time. I miss it.
The soreness work me up at 4am this morning, but not as bad as I thought. Knee swollen and chest sore, but left hand I can fully grip and the swelling went down. (Wife must be a witch because she make some salve to put on it that she learned from her mom). I don't want to know what's in it.
Thanks for the offer buddy. I got this. Not much left to do today except assemble and attach.
