Looked like they used a cheese grater with no seeds. The web was still there, so there had to be some pretty serious prep work done ahead of time. We had never seen them shredded like that before, but it won't be the last.

Last night's dinner, stuffed pumpkin with yuppy cabbage on the side. Only make this a couple times a year when I can get pie pumpkins but it is good stuffed with burger, venison, Italian Sausage, etc. Just do your own thing.

I have never heard of either one of those dishes but they look good.

Well most people call yuppy cabbage, Brussels Sprouts. I just do not see any difference outside of price with plain old cabbage.

The stuffed pumpkin I heard about a couple years back and the wife and I both liked it the first time I made it so it got added in. Lots of recipes on the web. The one I use was intended for venison but works well with beef. I just sub barley for the rice to lower carbs a bit.
