I doubt it. Maybe for a couple days, like with open carry.
I’m skeered to go out. All the bad guys will be carrying guns now that they don’t need a license. Well, those who are 21 and older or a current or former member of the military anyway.

And NO background check . . . the horrors!
And you forgot no training. After all, those 45 minutes of having the SDA read to you were high quality training. And then to really prove your aptitude you had to point, AND shoot (GASP) at a target 5 yards away a handful of times.
Without this training how will anyone know how to fight off being lulled to sleep in the middle of a fight?
Or how to point and shoot? (They might shoot, then point by mistake.)
Well, could be.... I don't consider Browning Hi Powers to be cheap guns, though.
I've always carried a S&W 442 in my pocket and I've never tried open carry but now that every untrained and quick tempered Tom, Dick and Harry can legally tote a handgun I may start packin' more firepower.
