We are going to spavinaw this weekend for a youth hunt, anybody seeing any action NE?
Finally got out for the first hunt of the season. Best of all my 17 year old daughter wanted to go so I was super stoked. Had a momma raccoon with two babies so she loved that. A doe came in with a buck grunting in the background and we never saw him. The raccoons and doe had a standoff at the feeder and the doe walked off and never came back. Great to be in the woods!
saw a 2-1/2 year old in the street neck stretched out, dogging a doe today. everywhere she went he went. Good time to be in the woods.
Hunted NW Oklahoma this evening. Chasing all over the place! It’s on imo, better be in your stand this weekend!

Yes seen some chasing doe down the middle of the road yesterday. Next three days in the stand for me it is.
Headed to Washita refuge tomorrow with the kids for their draw hunt, hoping to be done by dark like last year!

I’ll be up by Cleo Springs tomorrow night and at my lease near Crescent Sunday night. I just haven’t gotten any day pics to speak of yet.

No buck tag for either kid this year again, my daughter and I did manage to draw the exact same blind as both of them hunted in last year though, and on separate weekends no doubt...the boy and wife are on the west side of the river, we're on east side of river/lake...have had one lil 6 point come thru 20 minutes after we got into blind, really white antlers on him
