It looks like it could be lever action. Two levers??

Is it fed through a tube in the butt stock? Is that a hammer recessed into the side of the receiver or a loading gate? Looking at the sights and the barrel leads me to think it’s a smaller caliber.

Any markings at all? I want to see it in person.

Well done Oldman62! Rifle was in an estate sale along with numerous other cool older firearms. Palm Pistols, Knuckledusters, Marlin Ballard rifle etc. Did not get to go to it but buddy sent me some pictures of it. One guy came in and dropped 23K and bought most of the collection.

Thanks for the info, just did not know what this one was.

I have been to several of the estate sales and the items I look at always has someone willing to spend more than me for said item. My avatar was my grandmas .25 colt, she carried it in her apron pocket when she went to collect eggs on the farm way,way back in the day. Mom was going through her stuff and found it and asked if I would like to have it.
