I'd bet you could sight in at 100, chrono, and get your ballistics close enough for the event. From what I've read, longest shot is 500yds. I've spent time at Fouled Bore and my math-predicted DOPE was solid to use out to about 750yds. Made adjustments as I went out further but it only was ever .2 MILs off my prediction.
