Hey all,

I know many of you from our multiple meet and greets at my restaurant Average Joe's "way back when" in 2007. Well, life is definitely a journey and the last 13 years have certainly been for my wife and me. In 2012 I closed my bread and butter business and took a job working for "the man" in corporate America. In 2019 I had enough of that and as the Seinfeld bunch would say, "yadda, yadda, yadda..." here you go:

My new (mobile) food establishment!

Though this is a lot different from the Average Joe's concept, within a month or so we plan to include some of the classic Average Joe's gourmet burgers on the menu as a secret menu item. If you're interested drop us a message and we'll make sure you're in the know.

If your'e the FB type, we'd appreciate your "like" here: https://facebook.com/krumblys

I hope to see you out and about NE Oklahoma real soon!

I got out to Average Joe's twice and it was really good. I clicked on your website and when I tried to find your location just got a blank Feb.calendar. Kind of hard to find you to get some lunch.

I cant go into details right now but soon somewhere close to downtown we are putting in an area where food trucks can come on certain days and setup shop for lunch and dinners. As of right now the idea is to do it at no cost to the vendors. If that is something your interested in PM me and we can discuss

Good luck with it man, I wish you all the best

Thank you!

Yes, good luck on your endeavor.

I appreciate it!

Restraunt biz is rough for the small guys, I wish you the best!

I've done it before and it was a weird set of circumstances that it failed. The mobile concept addresses the issues I found in a brick and mortar location, though it does have its own challenges of course. Thanks for the well wishes!

I apologize, I wasn't super clear. We are open and available to book but don't yet have a bunch of dates scheduled. (Thus, the blank schedule.) Our first dinner service is tentatively planned for somewhere downtown on Valentine's Day evening, with a few other popups to follow. Then our grand opening will be very early March. All of these events will be mentioned on our social media and added to the calendar when they are confirmed. Sorry for the confusion!

Good Luck....if we ever get to Tulsa I'll stop over.

Thanks! We appreciate it. Our social media and website will be up to date with our appearance dates and locations.

Any relation to the Pennington's who owned the drive in that was on south Peoria?

No relation, but as a Tulsa kid raised in the 70's you can imagine I've had that question quite a few time (though not much in the last decade.) I got to go there a few times before they ultimately closed when I was in high school or just right after.

Here's the rig. That's an H2 pulling it so you can see it's a pretty sizable kitchen.
