Some of you here will also go to great lengths to kill a snake if it's in your yard.
Those snakes ever hurt anyone? What did that snake do to you that you have to take a shovel to its head? Then the person that beheaded the snake gets praised for the deed.
What is the difference between these.
Hypocrites I tell ya.
I have never understood people who hurt/kill animals for no reason. I had rowdy relatives who would swerve while driving to purposely smash rabbits and squirrels and sh1t, and it just never settled right with me.
I hunt, I fish, and have killed my fair share of various rodents and snakes, but I have always done it as humanely as possible and never just for the sake of it. Most of the time, I can catch them and release them in a field away from my house. I think we should all have a little more respect for other living creatures, no matter their placement on the food chain.
Also... inb4 "but what about bugs/microbes/viruses" and whatever else will be used to try to argue.
