I'm surely happy that I stocked up two months ago.

Actually, I've been stocking up ever since the election,,,
I've always believed in keeping a bench stock of all essentials,,,
I ran lower than I wanted during the Obama shortage but never ran out.

The Boy Scouts said it all,,,

.

Not the issue I have.
I've got plenty on hand to shoot. For a good while. I'm definitely not hurting. I always keep enough on hand.
I purchase ammo regularly because I shoot regularly. I'm not trying to sit on a million rounds.
One of my regular orders got caught up in this mess.
I'm just asking those out there if they're seeing any movement in their orders or not.

Anybody else besides me order from SGAmmo in the last week?
I got an order confirmation last Friday evening and haven't heard from them yet.
Not worried about it...I trust AGA to get me what I paid for.
Just wondering if others have gotten ship confirmation or received product.

Placed an order morning of 3-14 and just got an email about 20 minutes ago that the order was completed. Haven't got tracking yet. If yours was before mine you may login to your account and check status.

Went to H & H this morning for powder and primers after a doc visit and heard a clerk tell a customer only one box per customer on ammo.....powder and primers had been picked over pretty good so they didn't have what I wanted.

Just for giggles I went by Academy and Atwoods after I got back in town and both of their factory ammo sections had a lot of empty holes.

I bit the bullet on the Hazmat charge and ordered what I needed (plus some) online a few minutes ago from Powder Valley......between what I have now and what I ordered from PV I should be good to go for a day or two. :)

I don’t know if it’s only online or only on certain ammo but I was looking at Academy online ammo earlier and some of it was limited to 3 boxes per order.

I was in Academy today on unrelated business, but wandered over to the gun section.

There must have been 15 people in the ammo aisle. Academy was limiting purchases of ammo to 3 boxes of ammo total.

They did have some 115gr 9mm, low price steel case stuff, all FMJ.
Same with 223/556. They had some low price steel case stuff.

No 38 or 357, the rest of the shelves were spotty. The 22LR was picked over pretty well.

I was ridiculously glad I made two pretty fair sized orders from SG late last month/first of this month. Then when crap went sideways about the time this thread started, I'd just been in Atwoods in Alva and saw they had ammo, and on sale. Went back the next morning and bought 1000 rounds of S&B and the last 800 Federal Champion 9mm, and 500 rounds of Magtech M193 just for good measure. Cost me maybe 20 bucks more than it would have at SG. Next time I went in, it was much more thin, with 2 box limits. I've got plenty to shoot, but if I happen along some, I'll buy it, even if it is a little higher.
