I broke out the weber gasser today and did some 1/2# burgers. For dogs and burgers its hard to beat. That is pretty much all its used for now. Its just too easy on there and I have it pretty much perfected. Kettle will get some work this week also wife has wings on the menu tomorrow or the next day.
I love smoked sausage, but the syrup doesn't work for me. I don't even eat candy. Never developed a sweet tooth.

Its not that sweet at all. Alost of it cooks off. But the combination of sweet and hickory is perfect. Like brown sugar on ribs before I smoke em. Its like meat candy but only mildly sweet. I don't eat sweets either like candy or cake and NO pop. But this is like crack.
Homemade french bread pizza tonight. Decorate it with what you like, and pig out. Man that stuff is good.
