I would be willing to bet that Italy's death rate was far lower than 136 per million residents right up until that last ventilator was occupied.You do understand that tests don’t save the lives, access to quality treatment like drugs, ICU’s and ventilators do.

Italy’s death rate is 136 per 1 million residents and South Korea’s is 3. Ours is 4, so nowhere near the disaster they’re making it out to be.
6 weeks ago we had 15 cases, "soon to be zero"
Today we "always expected" to have more cases than anyone in the world.
