LM*O yes i left the third letter out on purpose cause i said it on social media once and they reported me to my employer and they sent word to me to watch what i say cause i offended someone and they called in on me. But the funny part was they didnt know what it meant til they looked it up on the web.

Wait a minute, you said it on your own social media or on the company's social media?

I don’t know what it’s like to be a cop, but it seems like a bad idea to send a good joke or a bad joke through official email to every cop, clerk, administrator and mop bucket boy in the police department.
It’s what they call unprofessional.

It was on FB but not associated with my employment and on my time and equipment.

So they told you what you can and cannot say on your own fb on your own time and it had nothing to do with your employment? Personally I would have told them it was none of their business. Its one of the main reasons my FB is locked down so tight only my friends can see my posts.

Story says he sent it to everybody in the department.
How did the bosses delete it if it was on Facebook?
Story in the op could certainly be wrong, but that’s all I’m going by.

the real funny part besides them having to look it up was she was bad mouthing me and when i made that comment she deleted her post and left mine making it look like i eas making a comment to some other post. Oh well i was getting bored with the place anyway so i just deleted my account and if anyone wants to talk to me now they have to come and do it face to face.

It depends on who was the admin of the group he posted it in if someone in the department was the admin then they can delete whatever post they want to other than that only the person doing the posting can delete

well if it was a email the admin of their email account can delete any emails also, it is usually someone in the IT department, but it also depends on if he used the departments email account to send it in the first place, I know where i work we have a company email account and the IT admin sets up each employees email address so they are the admin of the account so they can delete any and all emails in your account if they deem it necessary.
