Just continues to make me tired of the “They said the ‘N’ word, and it hurt my feelings!”, when people of this ethnic group call each other the same thing, plus the same group can call me ‘Cracker’ or ‘Honky’, but this isn’t racist. Or, insert any group, other ethnicities, LGBTwhatevers, or anything. We just live in a sissy world, where everyone wants to destroy each other, just because you’re not part of their group or share their same beliefs.
But, you’re spot on, if you say anything nowadays, someone is gonna cry and “take my ball and go home, cause you’re a meanie!”

So if your a christian are you okay with people bashing you and your faith? What about cat calling? Are you okay with it? What if its your wife or daughter? Should they just get over it? There are enough wrongs to go around with all the races, colors and creeds and religions.

I lived in the south for a short period about 20 years ago. I can tell you its a beautiful place to visit. But I wouldn't want to live there. As someone that has spent the majority of his life in OK. There was blatant racism and old white men would call old black men derogatory terms to their face in the business place. I couldn't believe it. That would get your @ss kicked here in OK at least by the folks my age. So many folks need to take a deep breath and quit looking for things to be offended by. The reality is the only person we are accountable for and have any chance of changing is ourselves.

The only things, or people I care about in this world, are in my immediate family. I have built my entire life around them, and I would defend and protect them to my death. As for myself, people saying things about me, running me down or my beliefs, or anything of this sort, unless it affects me physically, hell no it doesn’t bother me. Actually I find great humor in it. I have no concern about that in any way, shape, or form. That would fall under what you mentioned about people relaxing and quit looking for ways to be offended. I grew out of caring what others have thought, think, or will think of me, in high school, many years ago, haha!
Now, would I prefer that people like me? Sure, I think everyone does! Do I go out of my way to try to be kind and helpful to people? Every day! I think if you look through my past posts on this site, you’ll be hard pressed to find posts where I had any cruel intentions towards anyone on here. Heck, even when it’s blatantly obvious that someone reads a post of mine, then quotes that post and intentionally begins taking shots at me, in an effort to suggest that their cares and beliefs are superior to mine, or anyone else’s for that matter, especially when they know nothing about me. Even though the very premise of the way said person, acts can only be construed as a “Trolling”, falls under the very category said person who mounts such an attack, is, for the lack of a better term, in fact him/herself “looking for things to be offended by”. Even when all this is going on blatantly, I can honestly say, no I could care less what people think of me. Lol, if I worried what people thought of me, I would’ve exploded just then, instead my only thought is, “how many rounds can I reload before bedtime?”

Deleting Facebook is a good idea

I would have kept it for spite and totally kept saying things that would piss off the pansy ass coworkers. At least have fun with it.
