It looks like this is going to pass and I know the gist of the issue but is this not really a partisan thing?

It supposedly helps rural hospitals that can't stay in business but Stitt was against it and said the state can't afford it. The fed govt is supposed to pay for 95% of the cost.

I've found that Oklahomans tend to vote across party lines when it comes to more social issues within the state, while they tend to stick with party lines for national issues.

Up until today, most ads I saw for the issue were PRO expansion. Only like yesterday did I start seeing the AGAINST expansion ads.

So this either was not a huge issue for Stitt and the GOP and it wasn't worth the funds to fight, or what I fear is actually happening is our state (R)s are getting comfortable and lazy.

In November, state senate district 15 for Norman is going to be important. There's an incumbent (R) who is up against one of these anti-trump AOC type women who was arrested in Tulsa during the Trump rally. I think it's going to be a razor thin win or the (R) will lose and Norman will continue in its path towards becoming the Austin, TX of OK.

You guys need to realize that politics is downstream from culture and if you can't convince your family and friends to vote accordingly, then OK will go blue in no time.

Voted NO.
Disappointing results, people have no idea what they're voting for (hey, kind of like congress, huh?)

I wonder how much the BLM get-out-the-vote activism might have played in this..?
The BLM youth division was giving out free food at 36th and Kelly yesterday to anyone who voted.
