Did you tell him/her that nearly everyone who currently contracts covid without the vaccine already develops just a mild case or less lol. Control control control control control..............

lol, yes tell the physician that he doesn’t know how to practice medicine because someone on OSA website without professional education & clinical experience read something on the web. It’s all a scam. How dumb can that doctor be?
I’m old & waiting for a knee replacement. Can you do the surgery, cause I don’t trust the surgeon. I think he wants to control me....

“It's also not yet known whether the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines protect people from infection entirely, or just from symptoms. That means vaccinated people might still be able to get infected and pass the virus on”

Yes. Because that’s not what’s going to cause harm. It will be after the second shot that things will get interesting. Your body will have an extreme immune reaction to a different “virus” that will be released just as CV19 was. There will be a massive number of deaths after a number of months.
I wouldn’t take any of the vaccines even if I had a gun to my head.

You don’t have to take the vaccine, it’s your choice. But I am. I watched 4 people die this week (in 3 different hospitals). 2 were under 50 & healthy with no risk factors. The statistical risk of vaccine side effects is dwarfed by the reward of not getting a serious case of the illness. It’s not even close. We don’t have to be afraid of evidence-based medicine. Laypeople have lots of irrational fears, but as adults we can only give advice. It’s a free country, take the shot-or don’t take it. Nobody cares either way.
Addendum: 1 was under 50, my bad. Old age creeping up on me.

If the proper meds were given, I think far fewer people would be dying. And if people had stronger immune systems, that would help as well. HCQ pretty well cures it. Unless you believe what the MSM is selling. The virus that’s so bad that you have to be tested to know you have it.

HCQ has been given locally, ive seen it given a lot. But it doesn’t cure it. There is no cure for it. I might be wrong but I think it helps if give early, as an outpatient. When we get someone in ER with the cytokine storm & ARDS starting, HCQ doesn’t do squat.

You are correct about a stronger immune system. But that would apply to lots of diseases ,including Cancer

Nowhere did I say it was a scam, nowhere did I make light of its existence, nowhere did I say that it's not contagious......and you have zero idea of what I may or may not know concerning the medical field or about covid and covid treatment.

Was my statement about covid positive people incorrect? No. A CMO is in a CYA position, regardless of what he/she truly thinks about covid and will of course speak on the side of caution.. We've all seen what happens to the ones who publicly speak lightly of covid.

You're not the only person on OSA who's familiar with the ER, EMS, the hospital role during covid and covid treatments. Not to mention when you sit in a duck blind and watch football with a pulmonologist and an ER doc, and are married to a hospital pharmacy director, a guy can learn alot.

My wife might be a lawyer & A guy can learn a lot hanging around lawyers, but I wouldn’t give legal advice on here because I only have a layman’s knowledge of the subject matter. I’d rather talk about guns. I do know a little bit, but the gunsmithing is where it gets tricky for me.
