KMGL 104.1 started playing Christmas music seems like in October. For some strange reason, I've been listening for about that same amount of time. I don't know why. I'm not the festive type, but I do like a few. My top 5 list would probably go something like this...

1. I never even knew this was a Christmas song.

2. Something about Mariah frolicking around in the snow. :naughty:

3. I always wanted to see these guys live.

4. My favorite version of this classic.

5. And finally, one you never hear on the radio anymore.

My favorite is Frank Sinatra’s “Have yourself a merry Christmas “. It’s the newest version of it where he changed the lyrics a bit. I love it. But I have many others that I love as well. Too many to list actually. But the artists are perry como, dean martin, Andy Williams, Nat King Cole, Vince Vance and the Valiants, Sammy Davis Jr., and a few others.

My favorite place to trout fish on Lake Tanneycomo Missouri is in Andy Williams back yard. When they are in full generation on Tablerock lake, Tannycomo which is the tail waters of Tablerock grows in width. The water backs up on to his home lawn. It creates a little slower water that attracts the trout.
Several of the personalities that have shows in Branson live in that area. We were up there last month. Jim Stafford was on his deck as we motored by in the boat. He is a big fan of that area.
